Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you get from Royal Arms USA. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, flannels, tanks, sports bras)

Unworn, unwashed apparel with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item or size.

Knives

Unused knives in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Knives that have been engraved, customized, or carried/used cannot be returned. Defective knives will be repaired or replaced.

Custom work (laser engraving, Cerakote, slide milling, custom orders)

Because every custom job is made to your specifications, custom and personalized items are not returnable. Please review your proof, artwork, colors, and text carefully before approving. If we make an error on your order, we will redo the work at no charge.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement, repair, or refund.

How to start a return

Email joe@royalarmsusa.com with your order number and the item you're returning. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
